The Transnational Legal Development Program (Spring-forth TLDP) strengthens legal education in Africa by integrating ethical grounding, 21st‑century learning competencies, practical skills, cross‑cultural exchange, and interdisciplinary training aligned with modern legal practice—creating a two‑way bridge where African students gain global exposure and partners worldwide benefit from rich cultural insight, collaborative learning, and shared innovation, all while preparing participants for international opportunities including pathways to U.S. bar admission.

Our founder is a trained Lawyer, Mediator, and Microsoft Certified Educator, blending expertise in law, conflict resolution, and education. Passionate about empowering children, families, and educators.

Executive Director & AUN Liaison
Director of Academic Advisor (AUN) and a Certified Mediator & Conciliator, blending expertise in education and conflict resolution. Passionate about empowering learners and communities.
Dr. Omotayo Olubiyi
COO & CFO
U.S. Army veteran and currently works with the U.S. Airforce. He has over 25 years of experience in auditing, financial management and accounting. An associate professor at the University of Maryland Global campus teaching finance. Dr. Olubiyi has experience teaching in Embry riddle, UMGC, and Liberty University.
Dunamis Oluwadaisi
Social Media & Content Marketing Manager
